  • Assistance in preparation and updating of Statutory Registers and Minutes book of meetings of Board of Directors and Shareholders of the Company, as required to be maintained under the Companies Act, 2013.
  • Preparation of copy of resolution(s) of the Company as extracted from the minutes book of the Company, whenever required, to be issued/filed as certified true copy.
